lame video. this guy’s just promoting his own business by scaring people into avoiding a perfectly legitimate means by which to purchase a home. sure, there are abuses of every kind of contract. never rush into a transaction without hiring a good attorney and/or escrow company, doing your homework and – when appropriate – checking someone’s credit.
This video represents exactly why we needed a 700 billion bailout. Aren’t we all tired of the lies like this?
